Signet Clapper Bridge

The Friends are involved in a joint project with Oxfordshire County Council and the Cotswold wardens to restore the old clapper bridge at Signet south of Burford. Along side the A361 between the old road and the existing main road.

The proposal is to renew the old footpath and create new stone steps and a hand rail down to the stone bridge.
